This Privacy Policy describes how Orchevo, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a Delaware limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit, make a purchase from, or otherwise interact with orchevo.com (the “Site”).

Information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps. We refer to this as Device Information.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect:

  • Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number
  • Payment information — credit card numbers are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and are not stored on our servers
  • The products you order, including any custom personalization text you provide (e.g. label engraving text)

We collectively refer to this information as Order Information.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.

How we use your information

We use the Order Information that we collect to:

  • Fulfill orders placed through the Site (including processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations)
  • Communicate with you about your order
  • Screen orders for potential fraud
  • Send you marketing communications when in line with the preferences you have shared with us

We use Device Information (in particular IP addresses and information about your browser and pages viewed) to:

  • Improve and optimize the Site
  • Generate analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site (via Google Analytics)
  • Assess the success of marketing and advertising campaigns (via Google Ads)
  • Retarget visitors with relevant advertising on third-party platforms

Sharing your information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use it as described above:

  • Cloudways and DigitalOcean host the Site infrastructure.

  • Google Ads receives Device Information so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com.
  • Shipping carriers receive your shipping address in order to deliver your order. The specific carrier depends on the shipping method selected.
  • We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We use information about you to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Cookies

The Site uses cookies. A cookie is a small piece of data that’s stored in your browser and helps the Site recognize you on return visits. We use cookies to:

International data transfers

Orchevo, LLC is established in the United States. When you visit the Site or place an order from outside the United States — including from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland — your Personal Information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

We rely on the following legal mechanisms to transfer Personal Information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, where required, with sub-processors that handle Personal Information on our behalf (including Stripe, Mailjet, Google, Cloudways, and DigitalOcean)
  • Your explicit consent to the transfer when you place an order or submit information through the Site, where consent is the appropriate legal basis
  • Performance of a contract between you and Orchevo, LLC where the transfer is necessary to fulfill your order

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We may retain Order Information indefinitely as required for tax, legal, or accounting purposes.
